The prices below include the appointment to take instructions for preparing your legal documents, sending drafts for your approval, and the final printed documents ready for your signatures.
Appointments can be face to face locally in South Lincolnshire (Spalding and surrounding areas), or via video conference – Zoom, Teams, Whatsapp etc. We want to make it as easy for you to arrange your Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney as possible.

Reduced price if the Advance Directive is done at the same time as your Health & Welfare LPA.
Switch the ownership of your home from joint tenants to tenants in common. The service is free for clients who have Wills prepared with Trusts.
Existing clients only. To make simple amendments to your Will, i.e. change of executor, guardians for minor children, beneficiaries.
